Senior midfielder Ashley Alderin-Fleagle (Kernersville, N.C.) posted a career-high 10 points, registering her second hat trick of the season to go with an assist, to lead Limestone College (6-3, 4-1) to a 4-0 road win over Converse College (0-8-1, 0-4) in Conference Carolinas women’s soccer action Wednesday, September 28 at Hayden Abney Fulp Field. In a battle of regionally ranked teams, Barton College (6-1, 3-1) used two second half goals to pull out a 2-1 win over visiting Limestone College (5-3, 3-1) Saturday, September 24 at Barton Soccer Field. Freshman forward Gabriella Reid (Birmingham, England) registered her first career hat trick to lead Limestone College (5-3, 3-1) to a 5-0 shutout win at Barton College (2-4, 2-3) Saturday, September 24 in Conference Carolinas women’s soccer action. The Saints are 5-3 at the midway point for the first time since the 2005 season and are now two wins away from recording the program’s 100th victory as an NCAA Division II member. Continue reading »
